Eternal Ascent | BOT-9
My submission to @_pwnisher_ Eternal Ascent Challenge.
While I did not make the top 100 I’m super proud of what I achieved with the skills I have and the time I could commit to it. My submission is based on the wonderful world of BOT-9 by @dereklaufman. I hope I did it some justice.
Congrats to all who entered. It’s hard enough to just do that. And also congrats especially to the top 100

Behind the Scenes
A short breakdown of my submission to the 3D challenge under the theme "Eternal Ascent".
The design and story are from Derek Laufman's wonderful comic BOT-9.
I utilised Blender for everything 3D including modeling, texturing and lighting.
I compiled the final comp and colouring in After Effects.
The background music is Cure by Tom Fox from The Music Room.
